The Jamestown Teen Advisory Board (TAB) consists of enthusiastic teens aged 12 to 18 who are eager to take on leadership roles within the library. TAB members act as liaisons between their peers and the library, ensuring that teen interests are well-represented.
TAB members participate in monthly meetings where they discuss various topics such as programming, library materials, social media presence, and more.
Benefits of joining the TAB include earning volunteer hours, gaining valuable work experience, and potentially receiving recommendation letters based on their tenure.
Members must be available to attend meetings on specified days.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Youth Services Librarian, Colleen LeBeau, at jamlibyouth@gmail.com or by calling the library.
